    Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation

    If you have been diagnosed with a neurological or neurodegenerative condition, or are concerned you may be developing a condition, we can provide an in-depth assessment of all domains of cognitive functioning to assist with diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We have extensive experience with a wide range of conditions including various dementias (Alzheimer’s, Vascular, FTD, Lewy Body), Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, brain tumors, substance use, and other medical and psychological conditions that can impact cognition.

    Cognitive Screening Evaluation

    If you are an older adult who is generally functioning well but are uncertain if your memory lapses are due to normal aging, or you are concerned because you have a family history of dementia, we can provide baseline and repeat cognitive screenings to monitor your cognitive health over time. Recommendations focus on ways to optimize healthy aging and referrals to various treatment services for early intervention if changes are detected.

    General Psychological Evaluation

    If you are uncertain if you have a mental health condition (such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or bipolar disorder), aren’t making progress with your current mental health treatment plan, or are looking for more insight into your mood and personality functioning, you could benefit from a psychological evaluation. These evaluations can provide diagnostic clarity, new recommendations for effective treatment, and greater awareness of patterns that impact your coping and interpersonal relationships.

    Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluation

    $1200-2000

    If you are in the process of pursuing certain types of elective surgeries, such as bariatric surgery or a spinal cord stimulator, your surgical team will likely require completion of a psychological evaluation. We offer comprehensive pre-surgical evaluations designed to set you up for success with your procedure. We provide a judgment-free and compassionate evaluation experience for those looking to improve their physical and mental health.

    ADHD Evaluation

    $1800-3000

    If you are concerned you may have undiagnosed ADHD, are wondering if you would benefit from medication treatment, or need an updated evaluation for accommodations for work or post-secondary education, we can provide a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. This evaluation will assess symptoms of ADHD, and other related conditions, and provide detailed information about your cognitive strengths and weaknesses.

    Learning Disorder Evaluation

    $1800-3000

    If you are concerned that you may have an undiagnosed learning disorder in reading, mathematics, or written expression, or need an updated evaluation for accommodations, we can provide a comprehensive LD evaluation. This may include an evaluation of all learning disorders or a targeted evaluation for a particular concern (such as dyslexia).

    If you just need an IQ test to support an application to a gifted program or organization, or are just curious if your IQ is really as high as those games on the internet say, we can provide affordable IQ-only testing with a summary of scores from the most widely recognized professional IQ assessment.

    High Stakes Testing

    (Fees depend on type of evaluation)

    If you are looking for accommodations for high stakes testing (GRE, MCAT, LSAT, etc.) you will need a more comprehensive evaluation and specific type of report to qualify for those services. We are able to provide these evaluations for multiple diagnoses that may impact test-taking including ADHD, Learning Disorders, TBI, and more.
